Initial stage
We consult with the client to understand their site, design and build aspirations. With an initial meeting with one of our team members and our architects/designers we will brainstorm ideas with the client to create a one-of-a-kind build.
We encourage the clients to share inspirational pictures and their style of living, this helps our team learn more about you and your needs to help in achieving a tailored service.
Design stage
Our architects/designers will create a personalized design tailored to the discussed requirements, ideas, and the envisioned future home outlined during the initial stage.
After receiving feedback and input from the client, our designers iteratively refine and update the design to ensure it aligns with each client's expectations and specific requirements.
Tender stage
At this stage, we prepare a comprehensive pricing proposal including a 3D floorplan and 3D pictures of the final design in line with the client’s goals and budget for their consideration.
Interior design stage
While anticipating planning approval, we progress working through your interior design concepts.
Bespoke joinery, luxurious fittings and fixtures, heating and cooling, kitchen appliances, electrical, and creating the awaited finishes and materials palette.
Pre-construction stage
We attend to updating the pricing proposal to incorporate any changes made in the interior design stage.
We then begin the contract administration required to attain your building permit.
Construction stage
Prior to construction commencing, will provide access and induction to our client portal. Where the client will be able to track the progress of the build.
This is incorporated with mandatory site inspections and quality control.
